Your Order number can be found on your order confirmation email, or you may sign into your account and click My Account (make sure to log in or create an account) at the top right corner of the page. Once signed in, click on Order History. If your order has shipped, you’ll see the tracking number, if available. Click on it to view the delivery status. Note that some shipping carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24-48 business hours after the order is shipped.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please call TRAIWAS Online Customer Service immediately after making your purchase at our toll-free number, 929-456-1108. Once your order has been processed, TRAIWAS is unable to modify the contents or cancel your order.

If you have a registered account with us, you can follow the progress of your delivery by logging into your account, selecting Order History and navigating to the order in question.
If you don't currently have a registered account with us, you can select the Track My Order link in our site's footer, adding the requested information to locate a record of your order.

Item availability is confirmed only when you complete your purchase and your order is processed. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee availability.
If our system prevents you from adding an item, it means the product is no longer available or currently out of stock. You may check back within 48 hours for updates.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at traiwasfashion@gmail.com or call us at 929-456-1108 as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but in some cases we will be unable to cancel orders, such as orders that have already shipped.

Please note that we do not handle repairs for items purchased through 3rd-party sellers, authorized resellers, or department stores. For those items, please contact the store where the purchase was made to discuss their repair or return options.

Repairs are only available for TRAIWAS Couture Items and must be requested within one year of the original purchase date. -
Product ordered on the TRAIWAS.com may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date, as long as the product is not Final Sale or Underwear. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box). The original invoice must be provided with any return. To ensure footwear is eligible for return, please try it on while standing on a carpeted surface. Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox, with any dustbags, cards, and packaging intact. Product boxes, including shoeboxes, are not to be used as shipping boxes. The product box should be placed within appropriate outer packaging, with contents secured within.

TRAIWAS charges state, local and county taxes for online transactions based on shipping address and as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax. Applicable state taxes will be applied to orders shipped to New York, New Jersey, California, Texas, Illinois and Nevada.
