The House of traiwas

ANEK TRAIWAS

Anek Traiwas was born on September 19, 1975, in Lopburi, Thailand. He served as a paratrooper in the Royal Thai Army Special Warfare Command from 1995 to 1998. After a training injury and some conflicts within his team, he was reassigned to work in a military factory, where he eventually rose to the top of the organization.

After leaving military life, Anek became a long-distance bus driver, traveling between Lopburi and Bangkok. It was during those drives that he met Chanthana, a kind and graceful woman who worked at a beauty boutique near the bus station in Bangkok. Over time, they became partners, started a family, and had three sons—one of whom is Veera Traiwas, the founder of Traiwas.

The Mother and The STORY

Chanthana had a quiet elegance that left a lasting impression on everyone around her. In 2018, years after his time in the army, Anek began to develop an interest in fashion. He started experimenting with his style, often dressing up thoughtfully and with pride. His unique look became a form of personal expression that surprised and inspired those around him.

When Chanthana became ill, Anek was by her side until she passed away in 2019. After her funeral, he returned to Lopburi, where he sadly passed away in 2022.

TRAIWAS

The Traiwas brand was founder out of love, memory, and identity. Inspired by Anek’s bold sense of dress and Chanthana’s timeless elegance, Veera Traiwas began building a brand that honors both of them. Their stories, their strength, and their style continue to live on in every design.

Traiwas is more than just fashion. It is a tribute to where Veera came from—and to the two people who shaped his heart and vision of timeless elegance style.
